Two years ago I realized that my business location was no longer viable. My team and I searched for a new location for months and could not find a location that would meet our immediate and future needs, and it was very difficult to say the least. Then I met Joe Scripa.

I met Joe Scripa in the Spring of 2018. I was looking for a restaurant space for Kasai Ramen. Joe’s experience in Syracuse made our search so much easier and straight forward. He listened to our needs and got a feel for what our vision was.
