I’d like to thank Joe and his team at The Scripa Group for all of their help and hard work at making a dream of mine become a reality. I had a vision but needed direction. When I we found the space located in downtown Armory Square, I knew it was the perfect spot for Jessica Elizabeth Skincare.
Two years ago I realized that my business location was no longer viable. My team and I searched for a new location for months and could not find a location that would meet our immediate and future needs, and it was very difficult to say the least. Then I met Joe Scripa.
Joe Scripa is much more than a realtor, he’s a part of my team. Over the course of three years of trying to find a new location for growing Corso’s cookie company, Joe served as my “Chief Relocation Officer”, in that he took the lead role in overseeing every aspect of our move, from a 12,000 sq. foot building, to a nearly 40,000 sq. foot manufacturing space
I met Joe Scripa in the Spring of 2018. I was looking for a restaurant space for Kasai Ramen. Joe’s experience in Syracuse made our search so much easier and straight forward. He listened to our needs and got a feel for what our vision was.
