Two years ago I realized that my business location was no longer viable. I met Joe Scripa in the Spring of 2018. I was looking for a restaurant space for Kasai Ramen. Joe’s experience in Syracuse made our search so much easier and straight forward. He listened to our needs and got a feel for what our vision was. We did not waste time looking at any space that did not totally meet our needs. After a very short search Joe found our eventual location and negotiated the terms of our lease, working with our lawyers and the landlord.
Joe went above and beyond his duties as a broker during and after our business of finding a restaurant location. He has helped in countless ways during the start up and continued operation. Joe Scripa is much more than a realtor, he’s a part of my team. Over the course of three years of trying to find a new location for growing Corso’s cookie company, Joe served as my “Chief Relocation Officer”, in that he took the lead role in overseeing every aspect of our move, from a 12,000 sq. foot building, to a nearly 40,000 sq. foot manufacturing space.
